Family-owned wholesale grocery distribution

Sustainability

Good food should be good business.

We are a distributor, not a farm or a factory. But the choices we make about sourcing, packaging, routing, and waste shape the footprint of every case we move.

Where we focus

Four areas where we can move the needle.

We are deliberate about the parts of the supply chain we control, and honest about the parts we influence rather than own.

01

Sourcing & makers

We favor makers with transparent ingredient sourcing, credible certifications, and a real story behind the product — and we ask questions before a brand earns shelf space.

02

Packaging & waste

Right-sized cases, reduced void fill, and recycling programs at each DC. We work with makers on packaging that survives the trip without overdoing it.

03

Routing & emissions

Consolidated routes, fuller trucks, and DC placement that shortens the last mile. Fewer partial loads is the simplest emissions win in distribution.

04

People & community

Safe facilities, stable jobs, and partnerships with local food banks. Surplus that can be donated is donated, not landfilled.

Sourcing standards

What we ask before the shelf.

We are not the certification body, and we do not pretend to be. But our buyers ask consistent questions about ingredients, claims, and operations before a brand goes into the catalog.

  • Clear ingredient and allergen information
  • Claims that are substantiated and accurately labeled
  • Shelf life and handling that match the category
  • Packaging that protects the product without excess
  • A supply chain that can support reorders

Progress, not perfection

Where we are and where we are going.

A candid view of the work. We would rather publish an honest baseline than a vague promise.

Today

Baseline and measure

We are documenting waste streams, route density, and packaging use across the distribution centers so improvement is measurable.

Next

Reduce and redesign

Right-size cases, cut void fill, and increase route density in our highest-volume lanes.

Ongoing

Partner with makers

Share what we learn with suppliers and help them meet the packaging and handling standards retail buyers increasingly expect.

Always

Donate what we can

Surplus product that is safe and in date goes to regional food banks rather than a dumpster.

Questions

Ask us about the details.

Retailers and makers both ask how our sourcing and operations work. Here are the honest answers.

Work with us

Better sourcing starts with better questions.

If you make a product with a real story, we want to hear it. If you run a store that cares where its food comes from, we should talk.
