How it works
From first call to next-day shelf.
Opening an account should not take a quarter. Here is the actual path from introduction to your first delivery — and what we need from you at each step.
The process
Three steps. No mystery.
You will always know what happens next, who owns it, and how long it should take.
Tell us about your store
Share your format, location, and the categories you want to strengthen. A short call or the online form is enough to start.
Build the assortment
We confirm coverage, match your shoppers with the right mix, and set up your account and portal access.
Place your first order
Order through the retailer portal, receive next-day delivery, and meet the account team behind it.
What we need
A few details, not a dossier.
To open an account we need enough to confirm your business and delivery coverage. Nothing here should take more than a few minutes.
- Business name and store address
- Contact name, email, and phone
- Delivery address and receiving hours
- Resale certificate or business license
- A sense of the categories you want to carry
Prefer to talk it through?
Call or email and we will walk you through the process in plain language.

What a normal week looks like.
The relationship does not end at the first delivery. Here is the rhythm most partners settle into.
Every week
Order and replenish
Build orders in the portal, reorder what works, and track delivery windows. Your account manager is a call away.
Monthly
Review what moved
A short look at turns, gaps, and promotional opportunities — not a 40-page deck.
Each reset
Refresh the set
Category reviews and new brand introductions timed to your reset calendar, with merchandising support.
Ongoing
Escalate and solve
Delivery issues, credits, and product questions get a named owner and a follow-up. No ticket maze.
Common questions
Before you get started.
A few things retailers ask in the first conversation.
Start with the form on the Become a Customer page. Our team will confirm delivery coverage, collect basic business details, and walk you through account setup and portal access. It is a conversation, not a credit application.
Minimums depend on your market and delivery schedule. Your account manager will walk you through the options and help you build an order rhythm that works for your store.
Yes. Approved retail customers order through the retailer portal, which is built for busy grocery buyers: search the catalog, build orders, reorder past items, and track deliveries. Your account team can help with setup and training.
Terms are set during account onboarding and depend on your business and credit profile. We accept standard trade references and will explain the options before your first order.
Ready when you are
Your first order is closer than you think.
Start with a conversation. We will confirm coverage and show you what the catalog can do for your store.
