These terms apply to wholesale purchases from HRR Foods. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Account-specific terms agreed in writing during onboarding take precedence where they differ.
Accounts
Wholesale accounts are opened after we confirm delivery coverage and review your business details. You are responsible for keeping account information, delivery addresses, and authorized buyers current.
Orders
Orders are subject to product availability and the cut-off time for your delivery route. We may adjust quantities or substitute items only with your approval. Confirmation of an order is not acceptance of terms beyond this agreement.
Pricing
Pricing is set by category and volume and confirmed in your account agreement. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated window and while supplies last. Fuel, delivery, and other charges, if any, are disclosed before your first order.
Payment
Payment terms are set during onboarding. Invoices are due according to those terms. Past-due balances may pause new orders. We will contact you before taking that step.
Delivery and risk
Delivery windows are estimates confirmed by your account team. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address on the order. Report shortages or damage within 48 hours so we can arrange a credit or replacement.
Returns
Food safety rules limit returns on food product. We will make it right when an item arrives damaged, shorted, or out of specification. Contact customer service with the order and item details.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HRR Foods is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from an order. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
